Dead Fix 2011 Top 16 Tracks / Videos
So, we decided to do a Best of 2011 – Music Edition. Being that music plays such an integral role on Dead Fix, we thought it would make sense to put this list together. This list is in no set order and there is no way we would be able to pick just one favorite video or song out of this group.
What’s cool about this list is that it gave us the chance to see that there’s been a good amount of good music this year that has been shinning through all the other SHIT that gets released on the radio. And on that, you might as well ignore FM all together unless you’re repping a local college station or NPR and have access to satellite radio.
We hope you enjoy these tracks and buy some of it if you like the artist or at least go see them live to support them. Let us know your thoughts!

(As an old Def Jux fan this is exactly what hip hop has been missing that old boom bap sound. Sick song and the video roles with it)

(These fucking guys always kill it. This is the perfect do drugs and have fun theme song. Always the perfect song to drive to while on two hits. Perfect video to go with the song!)
Styles P – Harsh ft. Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross
(When I first heard this song I was fucking obsessed with it. This is also proof that people can still make good NYC sounding bangers. Hip Hop needs more of this and less bubble gum shit. Also hearing Rick Ross on a track like this was nice, dude murdered the track.)
The Black Keys – Lonely Boy (First Listen)
(Black Keys are prrof that you can go main stream and make fun and good music. This video always makes me smile)
ASAP Rocky – Peso (Official Video)
(This nigga just busted up with a different sound that’s a good mix for everyone)
Big K.R.I.T. “Money On The Floor” (feat. 8Ball, MJG & 2 Chainz)
(Big K.R.I.T. is one of the illest niggas out the South. This song has some of the illest niggas from the South. This is on some strip club ass clapping throw money at a ho tip.)
